There are a select few who would do that when they know it isn’t.  There are more who would do it when they aren’t sure but want to be right.  Then there are those who wouldn’t take the chance.

Marketers are all of these.

Which kind are you?  Chances are that it varies from day to day, unfortunately.

You can change that for the better by asserting your values in your cube, desk area or office.  Put them in your car or frame it for your door so you see it every day.  Take a stand on your own morals whenever you can and reaffirm what they are every now and then.  After big moments or occasions of great change is a good place to start.
